Merhaba, ben Meliha.
Datça'nın benzersiz doğasıyla iç içe, bu özel coğrafyada gayrimenkul danışmanlığı yapıyorum.
Yalnızca bir ev değil, doğru lokasyonda ve doğru zamanda içinize sinen bir yaşam sunmayı amaçlıyorum.

17.04.2026We had been considering buying an apartment in Turkey for several years. During that time, we carefully selected the right location, evaluated the quality of different buildings, and met with several real estate agents. Some of them were truly terrible — I wouldn’t have bought even a toilet through them, let alone an apartment. In the end, everything we had been looking for came together when we bought our apartment in Datça last year: a beautiful location, solid construction quality, and kind, helpful real estate agents. From the very beginning, Meliha and Ersan were incredibly supportive and did everything they could to assist us. Thanks to them, we not only found our second home in Datça, where we hope to spend a lot of time in the future, but also made friends we can always rely on and are always happy to see.
