March was a highly dynamic and productive period for Startkey in terms of both training and growth. Our development-oriented approach in the field was supported by strong training programs implemented by the Academy, while our growth momentum on the franchise side continued uninterrupted.

Academy Agenda: A Strong Month Focused on Development

Over the past 30 days, the Potansiyel 360 programs, specifically designed for our offices, made significant contributions to enhancing the performance of our consultants in the field.
In addition to the programs carried out at Startkey Yalı and Startkey Altunsu offices, long-term development processes at our Startkey Macro and Startkey Alfa offices were successfully completed.

Another highlight in the training agenda was the “Train the Trainer” program conducted by Veysel Sami Berikan. This program contributed to developing new trainers capable of delivering knowledge effectively and accurately.

The “Real Estate Consultant Key Training” held on March 11–12–13 with Veysel Sami Berikan and Yaprak Sönmez provided an important development opportunity for consultants who are new to the sector or aiming to reposition themselves.

At the end of the month, the online “Real Estate Law” training conducted by Mürsel Yiğit stood out as a valuable session aimed at strengthening the legal knowledge infrastructure of our consultants.

Franchise Agenda: Growth and Global Expansion

In March, Startkey Türkiye continued its growth momentum.
With the opening of our Startkey Su office, our brand network expanded, further strengthening our presence in the local market.

On the international side, noteworthy developments took place.
As part of franchise negotiations with Serbia and Spain, significant steps were taken towards Startkey’s global expansion journey.

In addition to stable domestic growth, these international engagements support Startkey’s vision of becoming a strong brand not only in Türkiye but also on a global scale.
